Jaguar Estates is a family-run property developer and investor in South Yorkshire. Since our company was founded in the early 1990’s, our growth and expansion has led to the creation of commercial and residential divisions with developments across the north of England – all of which are built and finished to the very highest standards.

We believe that property should be as unique as the people who live or work in it, so each of our developments is completely unique. We take great pride in finding unused, unoccupied buildings – many of which are listed – and through careful and sensitive restoration, allowing them to be enjoyed once again. We also welcome contracts from housing associations and one of our most significant developments was a bespoke design and build for residents with special needs.
