Planning permission has now been granted for a range of small industrial units, at Magna 34 Business Park on Sheffield Road. The scheme offers units of 2500 sq ft upwards to 10,000 sq ft . We are looking to let the units on completion, which will be available from Autumn 2021.
Phase 1
We completed a new build industrial unit in March 2021 of 35,000 sq ft. The unit was sold to Mileway Ltd , who susequently let the building to Magtec Ltd. We were very pleased with the unit built by HP Construction Ltd.
Phase 2
We completed new build 13 x industrial units in January 2022 these covered an area of 40,000 sq ft, built by HP Construction Ltd and sold on to Mileway Ltd.
