Lots of new projects are underway here at Jaguar Estates. The conversion of a former nursing home to 12 apartments in Hillsborough is now completed with only one apartment remaining for sale. Building has now commenced for a new 14-unit development at Springwood Lane, High Green. This will comprise of both bungalows and houses. Work is also underway at Woodhouse, which sees the building of a local authority and community hub including a new library as well as a houses and bungalows.
