We have acquired a site on Moorgate Road in Rotherham, which was the former base of South Yorkshire Ambulance Service. Work is now complete on this period building to 5 large luxury apartments. The conversion has retained many of the historic features whilst upgrading to modern living. On the remainder of the site we will be building six 4 bedroom detached houses, available early Spring 2020. We completed the scheme in 2021 of 6×4 bedroomed detached houses which compliments the conversion of the former Ambulance HQ where we created 5 luxury apartments. The houses sold well and in our eyes enhances the street scene in the conservation area opposite Thomas Rotherham College.
