Jaguar Estates have recently commenced the redevelopment of a site at Stradbroke Road, close to the centre of Woodhouse under a development agreement with Sheffield City Council. The scheme is for the erection of a new Community Hub which will be handed over to Sheffield City Council to house a new library and community meeting space plus offices. Jaguar Estates will then build four, 3 bedroomed semi-detached houses and eight, 2 bedroomed bungalows which will be sold on the open market. The Hub building and houses will be completed Spring 2020. All plots have now been sold and the community Hub is due to open shortly.
