Magna 34 Business Park was built out in 2008. The 19 acre scheme has both industrial and office space which is let and managed by Jaguar Estates Limited.

New units/ design and build

We now are planning the second phase of development which will be both smaller business units from 200- sq ft up to 25, 000 sq ft. the intention is to build out around 10 smaller units for industrial and trade occupiers on a for sale or let basis and this should start by March 2015.
